Bayou Construction, LLC proudly presents this full renovation of a century year old home’s main floor with an added addition on the rear to bring a gorgeous main living space expansion. This project involved a complete transformation of the living spaces, including a fully updated and relocated kitchen with detailed granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a warming gas fireplace that enhances both the atmosphere and aesthetic appeal. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen to the new living area which includes impressive windows creating a bright, inviting environment perfect for everyday living and entertaining. The tongue and groove ceiling throughout the addition gives an added element of an older house with updated finishes. 

The renovation also included a complete overhaul of the hall bathroom, featuring new vanities, modern lighting, and an updated tub/shower combo being fed from a new tankless gas water heater. Throughout the house, the original flooring was restored, bringing warmth and historic elegance to each room. The selections and finishes were carefully chosen to keep the historic-esque feel of the home.
