Bayou Construction, LLC would like to present the Bristol Floor Plan, Elevation B, in Lawrence County. The front elevation changes from a Board & Batten finish to a Gable Front finish with shake in its gables. This change to the 2284 square foot Craftsman style house brings a controlled and elegant finish to the curb appeal of this plan. The shutters give it the appeal of visiting Grandma’s house. The plan still comes with the large bonus room above the garage including the full bathroom. The brick foundation wraps fully around the house and helps lift the home out of the ground, towering vertically while the oversized garage door leads to a spacious garage with storage room where the 50 gallon tanked water heater sits.
The interior finishes throughout the home are sleek and stylish. The cabinets are custom made with granite countertops throughout the house.
